These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linkamoon (the "Service"), operated by RACKSET LLC ("Linkamoon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Linkamoon. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to a minor are permanently deleted.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep one-time codes private — anyone with access to your verified phone or email can sign in. One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or register on someone else's behalf.

Linkamoon Plus and Gold are paid subscriptions billed in Euro (EUR) through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. AED reference amounts are shown for convenience at 1 EUR = 4.32 AED; the binding charge is the EUR amount displayed at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
Where required by EU consumer law you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase, except for paid features you have already consumed (e.g. a Boost or revealing who liked you). Refunds outside this window are at our discretion and follow Stripe's rules and your local consumer law.
You retain ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content within Linkamoon for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
We perform basic verification (phone/email, and photo where applicable) but do not run background or identity-document checks on every user. You meet other users at your own risk. Always meet in public, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud).
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that pose a risk to others, or that we are required to remove by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country grant you the right to bring proceedings locally.
